What we install, repair and maintain
Eight services across four disciplines.
Everything below we fit new, repair when it fails and maintain on an interval — on any make, whether we installed it or not. Across Essex, London & surrounding areas.
How it breaks down
Doors
Access that has to keep working under daily traffic.
Shutters
Roller Shutters
Galvanised steel and aluminium curtains for shopfronts, warehouses and loading bays.
The workhorse of commercial security. We survey the opening, specify the right lath and box for the span, and fit it so it runs true for years rather than months.
- Manual, chain or fully motorised
- Remote, key-switch and internal control options
- Powder-coated to any RAL colour
- Built to the opening, not to a stock size

Shutters
Security Shutters
Perforated and punched-lath shutters for premises that still need to be seen after hours.
A solid curtain protects a shopfront but hides the display behind it. Punched lath keeps the window working overnight while holding the same physical barrier.
- Punched, perforated or solid lath
- Keeps window displays visible out of hours
- Deters without shuttering the street frontage
- Insurance-rated specifications available

Doors
Industrial Doors
Heavy-duty doors specified around traffic, opening size and available headroom.
Industrial doors fail on cycle count, not age. We specify around how often the opening is actually used, so a door on a busy service yard is not the same door we would fit on a store.
- Warehouses, distribution units and service yards
- Specified on cycle count and span
- High-usage motors and safety edges
- Wicket doors where foot access is needed

Doors
Sectional Overhead Doors
Panel doors that lift vertically and store overhead, keeping the full drive-through width.
Because the panels travel up and back rather than swinging out, you keep the floor either side of the opening and the whole width of the aperture. Useful where space is tight.
- Full drive-through width retained
- Insulated panels for heated units
- Vision panels available
- Low, standard and high-lift track options

Doors
Steel Security Doors
Personnel and fire-exit doorsets in steel, with certified frames and hardware.
A door is only as strong as its frame and its locking. We fit complete doorsets so the leaf, frame and hardware are rated together rather than assembled from parts.
- Multi-point locking
- Panic and emergency exit hardware
- Fire-rated doorsets available
- Certified frame and leaf supplied as a set
Fire Protection
Fire Shutters
Steel shutters that hold a fire compartment closed when the alarm activates.
A fire shutter sits open all day and does one job once. It is linked to the detection system, descends on activation, and is tested and certified on handover — with the paperwork you will be asked for.
- Linked to the fire alarm and detection system
- Controlled descent on activation
- Tested and certified at handover
- Documentation provided for your fire file

Fire Protection
Fire Curtains
Flexible barriers for openings a rigid shutter cannot serve — atria, escalators, open-plan floors.
Where the architecture will not take a steel shutter, a fire curtain does the same containment job from a slim cassette. It stays hidden in the ceiling until the moment it is needed.
- Concealed cassette installation
- Suits atria, escalators and open-plan spaces
- Preserves the look of the space
- Tested and certified at handover

Maintenance
Planned Maintenance & Repairs
Scheduled servicing and reactive repairs on any make of shutter or door.
Most call-outs we attend were avoidable. A serviced shutter fails less and lasts longer, and fire equipment has to be tested on a set interval regardless — we keep the records so you can produce them when you are asked.
- Any make, whoever installed it
- Reactive repairs and breakdown attendance
- Scheduled servicing to an agreed interval
- Service records kept for your compliance file
