We install, repair and maintain doors, shutters and fire protection on commercial and industrial property — from Romford, across Essex, London & surrounding areas.
Who we work for
Commercial and industrial.
Shopfronts, retail units, warehouses, distribution centres and service yards. The people who call us are usually facilities managers, site managers, business owners and landlords — someone responsible for a building that has to be secure tomorrow morning.
That focus is deliberate. Commercial openings are bigger, cycle far more often and carry obligations a domestic door never does. Specifying for them is a different job, and it is the one we are set up for.
Domestic work is not most of what we do, but it is worth asking. If you have a garage door or a shutter at home, send it over and we will tell you either way.
How a job runs
Four stages, in this order, every time.

Survey
We come and measure the opening, look at how it is used and what it has to resist. Free, and there is no obligation afterwards.
- 02
Specify
We quote for what the opening actually needs. If a cheaper option will do the job we will say so, and if a specification will not last we will say that too.
- 03
Install
Fitted by our own team, tested before we leave, and the site left clean. Fire equipment is commissioned and certified at this point.
- 04
Maintain
Servicing to an agreed interval, reactive repairs when something fails, and the records kept so you can produce them when you are asked.
What we hold to
Three things, in order.
- Safety
- Fire shutters and curtains are life-safety equipment. They are installed to the specification, commissioned properly and certified — not signed off on a handshake.
- Quality
- Most of the call-outs we attend are to somebody else's shortcut. Specifying correctly the first time costs less than replacing a door that was never right.
- Customer service
- Answering the phone, turning up in the window we gave, and telling you early when something changes. It is unglamorous and it is most of the job.

We are based in Romford and most of our work sits inside the M25 and across Essex. If you are near the edge of that, ring and ask — the answer is usually yes.
